Day 2: Tuesday June 14 - Disney World Magic Kingdom

We awoke sore but anxious to go again. I made bacon and scrambled eggs for breakfast, accompanied by coffee and mimosas. Before we left, I got Megan and Gavin to pose with their newly acquired wands in front of the pool.

We arrived at the park around 0930 and took the ferry. That took more than an hour. In general, today was HOT with little shade or breeze.

We finally arrived in the Magic Kingdom!

A parade was going down the street.

Our first ride was the Buzz Light Year Ranger Spin.

Then we moved on. Gavin, Megan and Terri could not pull the sword out of the stone.

It is a Small World ride. I can now say I've done that and...I would hate to go through it again.

We did the Mickey Philomagic and Monster Inc. Laugh Floor.

Lastly, we did the Space Mountain ride. This was good,  but a little bumpy.

We got back to the house around 5:00 pm and plunged into the pool. Tomorrow, Hollywood.

Terri says she walked 10,956 steps today, or 4.5 miles of walking during the day, bringing the total to 10.1 miles.
